Accessibility

Everyone should be able to book a groom for their pet. This website is built to work for every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings.

Our standard

This site is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What that looks like here

• Every photo has a written description, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link on every page.
• Text colors meet or exceed AA contrast requirements throughout.
• Animations switch off automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• Forms have clear labels, large touch targets, and status messages that assistive technology announces.
• The full site is available in English and Spanish, with correct language tagging for screen readers.

Known limitations

The location map is an embedded OpenStreetMap view and may not be fully accessible. The written address, phone number, and directions link next to it cover the same information.
